Extended Delivery: Up to 7 business days:

The following destinations listed under *remote areas below may require extended delivery times.

  • Free shipping: Available on orders above AED 200

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package or if your order is lost during transit, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp by clicking here. We will process a full refund for verified cases of damage or loss.

Returns & Exchanges

Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please contact customer service for return address.
